Insulated Truck Bodies

Optimize your transport with our lightweight insulated truck bodies. Featuring advanced extruded polystyrene insulation and durable glass-reinforced polyester, they ensure excellent thermal efficiency and maximum payload capacity. Insulation Material

We use imported extruded polystyrene with a density of 40 kg/m³, available in thicknesses ranging from 12 mm to 125 mm. This material significantly enhances the thermal performance of our bodies.

Exterior and Interior Finish

The exterior and interior feature a layer of glass-reinforced polyester (GRP), which is lightweight and easy to handle. This material allows for faster installation and effective insulation, minimizing heat loss.

Core Material	Polyurethane, Expanded Polystyrene, Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) or PVC foam.
Finish	Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP), Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Colour Coated Steel, Ply, etc. in various thickness.
Colour	White or natural finish, other colour available on quantity.
Floor Finish	Embossed Glass Reinforced (GRP), Aluminium Profile, Aluminium Chequer Plates, Ply. Corrugated Stainless Steel, etc.
Rear Door	Double hinged door, manual rolled-up door, automatic rolled-up door, etc.
Optional Side Door	Single hinged door, double hinged door, hatch, curtain, sliding side wall, etc.
Optional Accessory	Load restraints, tail lift, flexible bulkhead, etc.
Refrigeration System	Compatible with Mitsubishi, Thermo King, Carrier, etc. refrigeration system. Refrigeration system can either be self-powered, direct-driven or plate system.
